We have several lines which roll over to the next, so you should rarely get a busy signal.
We do not use an automated phone tree, as we find that to be very impersonal.
After hours: Wintergreen Medical Center does not take after hours call. If you have an urgent
matter there our several Urgent Care facilities as well as the Hospital Emergency Room. As
always you may leave a message on our voicemail cancelling appointments or requesting refils.
